Context

Diamond Cloud AI holding operates multiple specialized sovereign platforms:

1. Mahalli (projects/mahalli): Saudi retail commerce, POS, and ZATCA Phase 2 compliance platform.
2. Cloud Gaming (projects/cloud-gaming): Sovereign ultra-low latency cloud gaming infrastructure and streaming SaaS.
3. Dlal AI (projects/dlal-ai): Saudi merchant AI customer support and conversational commerce platform.
4. Frawl (projects/frawl): Referral attribution, affiliate commission accounting, and affiliate management platform.

A significant volume of qualified applicants—including performance marketers, digital marketing agencies, retail consultants, and content creators—seek to market and refer clients to Diamond Cloud products. Rather than building bespoke referral logic in each project or using disparate third-party affiliate networks, Frawl will serve as the central sovereign growth and affiliate engine powering both internal holding platforms and external SaaS merchants.

Decision

1. Dual Role Architecture:

   • External B2B SaaS: Independent SaaS merchants can sign up, create custom affiliate programs, configure multi-tier commission models, and manage payouts.
   • Sovereign Holding Growth Hub: Frawl hosts the primary affiliate programs for all Diamond Cloud platforms (mahalli, cloud-gaming, dlal-ai), enabling unified marketer intake, multi-product tracking links, and centralized SAR payout accounting.

2. Affiliate Intake Funnel (/partners) & Canonical Domains:

   • Canonical Domain: https://frawla.io (Marketing & Public Intake)
   • Partner Intake Portal: https://frawla.io/partners
   • Control Plane / SaaS App: https://app.frawla.io
   • Edge Tracking Worker: https://track.frawla.io Deploy a high-converting public application and onboarding funnel within Frawl marketing (app/[locale]/partners/) to capture qualified applicants, categorize their channel (Agency, Content Creator, Industry Consultant), and route them to relevant program offerings.

3. Multi-Program Architecture for Portfolio Products: Pre-configure holding tenant programs:

   • Mahalli Commerce Partners: 20% recurring monthly revenue share or SAR 250 one-time bounty per verified Saudi shop.
   • Cloud Gaming Creator Hub: 15% revenue share on gaming passes, streaming hours, and compute tier subscriptions.
   • Dlal AI Agency Network: 25% recurring monthly commission on conversational commerce and AI agent plans.

4. Integration Boundary & Tracking Contracts:

   • Client-side: Zero-overhead first-party tracking cookie via Cloudflare Worker (apps/tracking).
   • Server-side: Deterministic server-to-server webhook emitted by billing and payment gateways upon verified customer conversions.
   • Financial Integrity: Strict separation between commission accounting (accrual, hold period, ledger entries) and final bank/IBAN payouts in SAR.

  • One unified affiliate portal and application gateway for all Diamond Cloud products.
  • Zero duplication of tracking, attribution, and payout logic across projects.
  • Instant mobilization of inbound marketing applicants into active promoters.
  • Full compliance with Saudi commercial and tax requirements (ZATCA VAT 15% and ledger audit trails).
